What began as a vision to create a beautiful space for practicing Pilates quickly grew into a community that promotes a lifestyle of harmony between heart, body, and soul. At The Ridge, our goal is to empower and uplift one another, helping each of us reach our highest potential.

We fell in love with Pilates for the confidence and connection it brings to our bodies. It boosts flexibility, strengthens your core, and improves posture, while helping you find balance, focus, and energy. At The Ridge, we offer both Pilates Mat and Reformer classes: no limits based on age, fitness level, or flexibility. Pilates is for everyone, and here, you’ll find a welcoming, nurturing, and empowering environment to begin your journey.

In our Soul Session, we journey beyond physical alignment to reconnect with the core of our being, bringing us back home to ourselves. Through a series of mindful practices and exercises, we integrate the three core values of The Ridge. First, we ground deeply—rooting into the earth and our authentic selves. From this foundation, we reach high, feeling empowered to embody our fullest potential. Finally, we come together in community, sharing with both strength and vulnerability. You will leave feeling empowered, supported, and deeply connected to the world and those around you.
