Pilates reformer

Pilates Reformer is a series of exercises performed on on a specialized machine with adjustable springs, providing resistance to help improve strength, flexibility, and posture. It involves controlled movements and breathing techniques, targeting different muscle groups with precision and control.

All our acitivities can be easily purchased through our app. It’s the only way to subscribe to classes, but don’t worry. It’s super simple, and we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

In the "Shop" tab, you can explore a range of packages, enabling you to select the one that best fits your needs.
Step 4: Book your sessions
Once you've purchased the package that meets your needs, you can book sessions using your credits. Check the "Agenda" tab for our complete schedule.
Step 5: Plan in those high vibes
After booking your session, you'll receive an email with all the details to help you schedule it in your calendar. We look forward to welcoming you to our studio!

The number of credits required may vary depending on the session you wish to book, and this will always be clearly indicated during the booking process.
